Si vous avez un charisme de fou, si vous ne connaissez rien à la restauration mais que vous avez été élevé à la pizza et que vous savez que la napolitaine est de loin la meilleure (big up à nos amis romains), si vous savez toucher votre nez avec votre langue en chantant A fare l'amore comincia tu, si vous avez le don incroyable de reconnaître n'importe quelle forme de pasta et que vous arrivez très bien à visualiser à quoi ressemble une ricciutella, si vous avez juste vu un peu de lumière et que vous êtes rentré, ou tout simplement parce que vous êtes une belle personne, sincèrement, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter. Your Mission
As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to:
Prepare and plate cold section dishes, including antipasti and salads
Follow Big Mamma recipes and kitchen standards
Work closely with the Chef de Partie, supporting daily prep and service
Help train and support Commis and Prep Chefs
Maintain cleanliness, organisation and full compliance with health & safety standards
Support the kitchen team during busy services with a positive, proactive attitude
About You
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
Big smile and passion for Italian food
Previous experience as a Demi Chef in a busy cold section
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine
Excellent teamwork, leadership and communication skills
High energy, reliability and a proactive attitude
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

About You
