ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER  – BARCELONA based 🚀🍸🍸🍸

Big Mamma is a french-italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 9 years, we have opened 27 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany and Italy).

Gestión Operativa:

Supervisar las actividades diarias del bar, asegurando un servicio eficiente y de alta calidad.

Mantener un servicio fluido y en buena colaboración con la sala

Higiene: responsable de mantener el higiene impecable

Conocimiento de referencias de las referencias alcohólicas.

Gestión inventario y conocimiento del stock. 

Gestión de Personal:

Gestión del equipo: onboarding y formación.

Evaluar el desempeño del equipo y fomentar un ambiente laboral positivo y motivador.

Team Work y coordinación del equipo.

Gestión de turnos horarios del personal.

Atención al Cliente:

Asegurar una experiencia excepcional para los clientes en el área del bar.

Manejar quejas o problemas relacionados con el servicio de bebidas de manera efectiva.

Nuestra Oferta: 

• Contrato indefinido - 40H/semana con 2 dias libres seguidos

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure every pour is perfect and every guest leaves with a smile.
• Master the art of multitasking, from opening the bar to closing and everything in between.
• Stay ahead of the curve with new menu creations and updates.
• Be the ultimate team player, delegating tasks and keeping everyone in the loop.
• Embrace the buzz of our dynamic environment, delivering on guest requests and feedback.
• Drive sales and promotional activities cooperating with the Operations beverage Manager.
• Keep costs in check without compromising on quality or guest satisfaction.
• Elevate our team through training and development initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming space for guests and staff alike.

• Participar en la preparación de ingredientes y mise en place con el fin de brindar un excelente servicio.

• Participar en el servicio y ayudar al Bartender en la preparación de bebidas y cócteles.

• Asegurar la limpieza del área de la barra y de todos los utensilios de la barra.
• Centrarse en la limpieza de los instrumentos y estar en carga de la Plonge.

YOUR MISSION:

• You will be part of a BIG Bar team!
• Support the preparation of our homemade juices and cocktails
• Support the running of the service
• Support the opening and the closing of the restaurant
• Make our clients live the best moment of their day!
• Embody Big Mamma values: you adopt a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customer, help your colleagues during service and adopt a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Big big Smile!
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Boundless passion for pasta, aperol spritz, pizza, tiramisu e tutti i buoni prodotti!
• Previous experience as barback, bartender would be a plus
• English intermediate, Italian would be a plus

OUR OFFER:

• Permanent working contract
• 38H/week with 2 consecutive days off
• Gross salary: 2,111.35 €
