You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team.

You will work in the pastry section to prepare our delicious desserts from scratch, from giant lemon pies to homemade gelato.

You will:

• Prepare desserts following Big Mamma recipes and quality standards
• Work alongside the Pastry Chef to help train new chefs
• Follow directions from kitchen management and support service prep
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Tes missions :

A travailler dans une brigade où tu seras formé sur toutes les bases du métier de la pizzeria.

• Gérer tes priorités et bien communiquer avec le reste de l’équipe au sein d’un environnement dynamique.
  

• Etre autonome et adopter les bons réflexes durant les phases de préparation, mise en place et service (respect des fiches techniques, vérification des stocks, limitation des pertes..).
  

• Connaissances sur les techniques de cuisson au feu de bois et sur la gestion/entretien du four (allumage, nettoyage, température).

Barista ☕☕

Tes missions:

• Tu assures la préparation et la mise en place de l'espace caffeteria et les réassorts nécessaires au bon déroulement du service. 

• Tu assures un accueil chaleureux et contribues à proposer la meilleur expérience client à chaque étape du service. 

• Tu es responsable de la préparation des boissons chaudes et froides, de la rapidité d'exécution du service. 

• Tu veilles à la bonne utilisation des matières premières et est attentif à limiter les pertes liées aux préparations. 

• Tu veilles au respect de l’hygiène générale et au bon nettoyage du matériel du bar.

The Role

You’ll be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team, leading the cold section and ensuring every antipasto, insalata and fresh starter leaves the pass with precision and pride.

This is a key leadership role within the kitchen, where organisation, consistency and energy drive the service.

You will:

• Oversee the cold section and preparation of antipasti, insalate and fresh starters

• Ensure recipes, presentation and quality standards are consistently respected

• Onboard and train new cold section and prep chefs

• Work closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety

• Bring positive leadership and a problem-solving mindset to every shift

Le/La HR Business Partner accompagne les équipes opérationnelles sur l’ensemble de leurs enjeux RH, avec une approche très terrain.

Ce rôle est clé pour garantir une expérience collaborateur fluide, un management de qualité et un climat social sain, tout en incarnant les valeurs du groupe au quotidien.

Ton rôle

Être un véritable partenaire des opérationnels

• Accompagner les managers sur leurs enjeux RH du quotidien : organisation, management, disciplinaire

• Apporter des solutions concrètes, adaptées aux réalités du terrain

• Sécuriser les pratiques RH et aider à la prise de décision

• Suivre la performance des équipes (talents, promotions, situations complexes)

Administration du personnel & paie

• Assurer la gestion administrative des collaborateurs de l’entrée à la sortie (contrats, avenants, dossiers du personnel, formalités légales).

• Collecter, contrôler et fiabiliser les éléments variables de paie en lien avec les équipes internes et/ou prestataires.

• Garantir la conformité des pratiques RH avec la législation sociale et les procédures internes.

Recrutement & gestion des talents

• Piloter les recrutements sur ton périmètre en lien avec les besoins des restaurants

• Anticiper les besoins pour assurer la stabilité des équipes

• Identifier les talents et accompagner leur développement

• Contribuer aux mobilités internes et à la rétention

Pilotage RH & suivi des indicateurs

• Suivre les KPI RH clés (turnover, absentéisme, promotions…)

• Identifier les signaux faibles et proposer des actions simples et efficaces

• Utiliser les données pour adapter les priorités RH aux réalités terrain

• Contribuer à l’optimisation des équipes, sans approche trop financière ou P&L

Relations sociales & situations sensibles

• Gérer les sujets disciplinaires et situations individuelles avec rigueur et pragmatisme

The Revenue Ops Manager ensures that every revenue lever, from SevenRooms configuration to new booking channels, is fully optimized, while preserving the guest experience and the DNA of Big Mamma.

🚀 Core Responsibilities & Success Metrics

REVENUE OPTIMIZATION & BOOKING PERFORMANCE

• Act as the internal expert for SevenRooms across all restaurants.

• Define, implement and monitor yield strategies.

• Ensure optimized configuration: pacing rules, seating algorithms, dining durations, waitlists, booking flows in coordination with GMs.

• Adjust dynamically based on performance, seasonality, weather and demand patterns.

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & REVENUE ANALYSIS

• Define and monitor key KPIs across booking, conversion and revenue in coordination with the data team

• Monitor booking and revenue performance at restaurant and group level and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities

• Identify key growth levers (booking mix, channel performance, client mix…)

• Translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.

OPERATIONS PARTNERSHIP & TRAINING

• Train and support restaurant teams on SevenRooms and revenue best practices.

• Ensure strong adoption and execution.

• Collaborate closely with Ops on performance improvement and peak periods.

MARKETING & WEB PARTNERSHIP

• Support campaigns, events and seasonal activations via SevenRooms setup.

• Monitor and optimize booking performance during campaigns.

• Improve website-to-booking conversion with Web teams.

• Align booking logic with UX and customer journey.

REVENUE PROJECTS & CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT

• Lead cross-functional revenue projects.

• Launch and optimize new booking channels (partnerships, concierge, platforms…).

• Coordinate with Product, Tech and Web teams on tools and integrations.

• Test new initiatives and measure impact.

BRAND PROTECTION & EXPERIENCE QUALITY

• Ensure all revenue initiatives remain aligned with Big Mamma’s DNA.

• Balance performance with guest experience.

• Bring innovative but brand-safe ideas.

• 4-8 years experience in revenue, operations, consulting or growth roles.

The Role

You’ll be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team, working in the hot section and preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch.

This is where energy, precision and teamwork come together during fast-paced services.

You will:

• Prepare hot section dishes following our authentic recipes and kitchen standards

• Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs during prep and service

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety

La Felicità est le 1er food court de Paris: ouvert 7/7, disposant de 1100 places assises et de 4500 m2 de surface, le restaurant reçoit environ 16000 clients/semaine. Notre food market est divisé en box: 5 cuisines, 2 bars & 1 caffetteria.

Mais La Felicità c'est avant tout un lieu de vie chaleureux et dynamique rassemblant des parisiens & des curieux de tout horizon autour de la food italienne!

En tant qu'Assistant Manager, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’équipe de direction du pôle salle. Vous participez aux prises de décisions majeures du lieu et au déploiement de la stratégie aux côtés des autres chefs de pôles (CA, People cost, Events BtoC/BtoB…). MISSIONS:

• Contrôle de gestion : vous aidez à la production des états financiers mensuels (P&L, bilan et cash flow) et des reportings au groupe et analysez la performance par rapport aux projections

• Budget et projections financières : vous aidez à la production des budgets et reforecasts, ainsi que des business plans pour les projets d’ouverture

• Suivi des investissements : construction et analyse des données historiques d’investissements, suivi des BPs

• Analyses ponctuelles : construction d’analyses spécifiques en fonction des problématiques rencontrées (énergie, focus sur un restaurant en particulier…), participation à des chantiers RSE (bilan carbone, …)

• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation at all times

• Manage timing and speed during service

• Maintain and monitor equipment performance

• Control storage and preservation of ingredients

• Keep your station clean and organized before, during and after service

💡 What we’re looking for

• Experience as Pizzaiolo or in a similar kitchen role

• Passion for Italian cuisine and quality products

• Good technical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment

• Team spirit, reliability and energy

👉 German or English required; Italian is a plus
